I have over 20 years of experience helping businesses drive performance improvement programmes to optimise liquidity, reduce working capital and enhance profits.
Having spent many years working as an operating partner for a private equity sponsor and undertaking management roles including COO, CFO and CEO of portfolio businesses, I now lead Deloitte’s Value Creation Services team. We provide hands-on support for management teams to develop and deliver performance improvement programmes; addressing the root causes in challenging financial and operational situations.
Whether it’s an acquisition, a divestment, an adverse event or turnaround support, we work across cash, working capital and performance improvement to quickly identify, plan and implement a range of tailored initiatives to deliver tangible benefits across the entire value chain.
