I have more than twenty years of experience in collaborating with software development teams to document APIs, batch and real-time processes, implementation best practices, and installation procedures, as well as in creating informative, helpful end-user documentation for the financial services, customer care, and relationship management industries.

I'm accustomed to working with dynamic, fast-paced teams, whether co-located or multi-site, and iterative development processes (both Scrum and Kanban Agile models.)
