Driven by an insatiable appetite for current and emerging technologies, I have brought my combined Information Systems and Marketing background to the Medical Devices sector with great success.

This combination of information technology and marketing skill set saw me take on an exciting and newly created role within Olympus as Digital Manager, part of an expanded corporate communications team and in recognition of the increasing importance of digital channels and properties to the Olympus Australia and New Zealand business.

Prior to taking on my current role, I worked on numerous projects throughout Australia and New Zealand (in various stages of the sales cycle), managing the requirements gathering phase, implementation and eventual “go-live” phase of complex information systems projects (for Surgical/Gastrointestinal Documentation Systems) as well as providing consultation for solutions focussed around around e-health strategies, including moving towards electronic health record platforms and high definition video streaming solutions.

I drove the successful adoption of digital marketing strategies typically reserved for the consumer space, to the medical arena, helping grow the ENDOALPHA brand and positioning it as the premium Operating/Procedure Room integration solution at the time.

My strengths lie around successfully liaising with key project stakeholders, utilising strong interpersonal skills to ensure complete buy-in, and ensuring key requirements, as viewed by all stakeholders, are delivered to a high standard in order to maximise customer satisfaction.

Finally, I have effectively organised and delivered detailed and in-depth training programs, within aggressive timelines, suited to a wide range of end users at both internal and external customer layers, with a key focus on ensuring participants achieve strong competency and confidence levels in order to optimise sales force effectiveness and customer experience.
