Last time, I talked in depth about balancing your side businesses with a full-time job. A big part of this is finding the right tools & platforms to help you stay on track.

It's taken me a long time to build a tech stack that works for me. So here's a full breakdown of everything I use:

These are the tools that I use for absolutely everything: the agency, content creation, brand partnerships, etc.

• Project Management: ClickUp (but for agency clients, we'll use their PM tool if they have one)

• Calendar/Scheduling: Chili Piper

• Automations: Zapier

• Websites (Personal + Agency): Webflow

Agency

• CRM: HubSpot

• Content Creation: Canva

• Design: Adobe Illustrator

• Contracting: PandaDoc

• Meeting Transcriptions & Notetaking: Fireflies.ai

• Invoicing: Anchor (Absolute game changer, I highly recommend. Easy to use and they only charge $5/payment received.)

• Presentations & Pitch Decks: Pitch

• Comms: Slack

Content Creation & Brand Partnerships

• Notes, Content Calendar: Notion

• Content Creation: LinkedIn Premium

• Analytics: Aware (shoutout to Alex Boyd & the team for creating an incredible product)

• Invoicing: Stripe, BILL

My tech stack has expanded over the years - but for me, it's still pretty lean. The key is to find what works for you!
