We have drastically improved our history feature. The layout was changed to better view previous content versions, and we have added component changes as well as visual asset updates. There is now a "Visual" tab that allows you to view a preview of your website according to the version you have clicked and a "Compare" tab that allows you to do exactly that, compare two different versions of your content.
