The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") apply to the Services to be delivered by the entity shown on the applicable Service Order (as defined below) on behalf of Sinch Email, the Developer & Email business unit of Sinch to the customer ordering the Services or identified in the Service Order ("Customer" or "you"). This business unit comprises of the brands Mailgun, Mailjet, Email on Acid and InboxReady.
