As we looked back at the studies our customers ran throughout 2017, we noticed some interesting trends, specifically with longitudinal-style research. Customers made higher investments in discovery research and complex user flow validation, evidenced by more in-depth, lengthier studies. Across industry and company size, we found these three types of longitudinal studies stood out in 2017.
