Sprinklr Announces Support for 1:1 Messaging on LinkedIn

Sprinklr is one of the first LinkedIn Marketing Partners to integrate with messaging for LinkedIn company pages. Messaging for Pages allows LinkedIn users to start conversations with organizations via direct message – essentially opening direct 1:1 messaging for recruiting, customer service, sales, etc.

"LinkedIn is the only place where companies are guaranteed to connect with a highly engaged professional audience. By actively strengthening their LinkedIn community, companies can build brand awareness, recruit top talent, and unlock sales opportunities," said Sprinklr's Vice President of Global Partnerships, Jim Tomanchek. "With the availability of LinkedIn Messaging for Pages, we're looking forward to helping companies elevate their community engagement on LinkedIn."

With LinkedIn's new functionality, users can send a message via a new button on a company page. Messages are delivered to a shared inbox visible to super or content page admins.

Sprinklr customers that are part of our initial alpha (limited) program can manage messages directly through Sprinklr. We'll be testing this over the next few months to ensure companies can easily scale one-on-one engagements with their community on LinkedIn.

LinkedIn is the world's largest professional network with more than 1 billion members in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide. With LinkedIn Messaging for Pages, brands can now grow their talent pool by communicating directly with members while saving time by prioritizing critical conversations.
