The Easiest Way to Get Customer Feedback

How do you know if your content is adding value?
The first place you have to start is to understand the needs and desires of your audience.

What do they want?
What are they looking for?
What types of things are they looking to do in their life and in their career and their business in this certain situation that you can help with?

And if you can help them accomplish that thing, then you will likely be adding value.

Get into the specifics to help them better understand how to navigate it immediately.

It's very easy to stay in the clouds and talk high-level theory, ideas, and concepts - but that's not as impactful.

Give people very crystal clear tactics and takeaways.

Three examples:
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ Add bullet points to a blog post (step one, step two, step three, step four).
๐Ÿ“ Give away a free checklist, a template, some steps.
๐ŸŽฆ In a video, you can break down clear examples of what you would do in somebody's shoes if you were in a certain situation.

Those things add value because they can be taken from the content that you've created and then applied to a scenario, a situation that ultimately happens in real life.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ Strive to go above and beyond.
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ Strive to be better than everything else that is already on the market on a subject.

And if the market is already cluttered, recognize that as an opportunity to add your own voice to add your own spin, because that alone is also valuable.
