Aswaaqonline is an online wide-range grocery store in the UAE. The company already had a brick and mortar shopping mall and to enhance the shopping experience, they decided to develop an online store. Citytech designed and developed the site on nopCommerce.

Aswaaq's ERP system LS NAV is built on Microsoft Dynamic NAV and end-to-end connected. Therefore, back office, POS and head office are connected through the same application. This enables tracking individual transaction from POS or eCommerce site to the general ledger. Citytech had to write several webservice for POS data into LS Retail, such as authenticate customer, register customer, get shopping list and shopping list details, get recipe, place order, update order, update order status, Save QR code etc. LS Retail services were used to get data into nopCommerce. The main requirement for this project was site integration with the customer's ERP. As a result, 40,000 products and 8,000 users were migrated; a plugin for login through ERP among 7 other plugins was created.
