Every June for Pride Month, the team at HubSpot runs what they call "Growing with Pride."

To celebrate this, the LGBTQIA+ employee resource group at HubSpot holds a month-long celebration where they share one piece of learning content or a talking point every day to help educate their peers about the LGBTQIA+ community.

This content can include: sharing educational videos or articles, learning about the state of LGBTQIA+ rights across the globe, or even hosting a team-wide event.
