I really just want the world to be a bit kinder to one another.

Sometimes our best achievements stem from our mistakes. Allow the lessons to course correct you. We are all a work in progress, live to your fullest potential through an open mind. All opinions are my own and sometimes borrowed.
- Why are some of my reps closing more than others?
- Why are we losing deals we should be winning?
- Why are my team not using the training we invested in them?
- Why is it taking longer than expected for my new hires to be hitting target?
- Why are deals sat in my pipeline when they were promised to close this month?
Here’s the thing, the revenue your company wins is directly related to your sales team’s ability to have good conversations with your prospects and customers - the cold calls, the discoveries, the demo's, the negotiations.
The answers aren't sat in your bias CRM notes, nor in your inboxes or lengthy proposals. The answers are in your calls.
But you're busy & there's no KPI measuring dashboard to tell you this, right?
We got you ✌️
