If you would have told me years ago that I would find an exciting and fulfilling career in technology, I would have laughed it off. I am a creative person who likes to solve problems and help people, but that never equated to software in my book. Plus, the thought of coding was terrifying. However, 10 years ago, a little tech company took a chance on me and I did the same on them. They needed people who had the experience and passion for helping people. They also need people who understood their technology, the Salesforce platform, and the ecosystem. Not an easy combo to find, so they decided to find the people who liked helping customers and teach the tech. This experiment opened my eyes to the world of technology, limitless possibilities, and creativity. I am so grateful.
