The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc across the world, impacting nearly every individual and business. As a result, many companies have shifted their operations to adapt to working remotely, in order to align with social distancing requirements.
According to a G2 survey conducted in March, many of these newly remote workers have insufficient security tools to work safely from home. Businesses can provide network security like virtual private networks (VPNs), authentication tools like multi-factor authentication (MFA), and security awareness training to improve their workers' security.
G2 Research analysts Aaron Walker and Merry Marwig have analyzed the survey data and highlighted the most important security-related risks in order to help companies better protect their workers and business-critical information.
