Led the Growth Charter at Trell - India’s largest social commerce platform with 50 Million Monthly Active Users. The role involved leading a team of 100+ Growth, Content & user research experts to drive projects focused on User Acquisition, Retention, Engagement & Monetisation. Received “Women who Lead 2021- Growth & Strategy Leader of the Year Award”, an initiative by the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India & "Women Disruptors 2022" recognition by AdGully for my work at Trell.
Earlier to Trell, co-founded Sandbox focused on building quality child-care solutions combined with early learning for children less than 6 years of age. Achieved 3X growth in 4 years through sustainable & community-driven business strategy. Grew as a Business Leader as well as an Early Learning Expert.
