While playing Division 1 NCAA hockey at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York on an athletic and academic scholarship, Adam achieved both a B.S. in Marketing as well as a Master’s of Business Administration. At the completion of his final season, Adam signed an AHL professional contract with the New York Islanders organization.
Following this contract, Adam went on to play within the Winnipeg Jets organization, Vancouver Canucks organization, and currently plays for the Bakersfield Condors, AHL affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers.
