As CEO of reacHIRE, I am focused on nurturing and replenishing the talent pipeline so future women leaders are equally represented across all levels. We work with Fortune 500 companies & talent innovators to drive higher engagement & lower attrition of women at all ages & stages -- early & mid career, women of color & women on the maternity journey — all via the Aurora platform — as well as women returning to work using reacHIRE’s proven cohort model.

Our Aurora digital platform is designed to help companies engage and retain their female talent. With Aurora, women can connect virtually with a community of peers and experienced Guides to help them successfully navigate work challenges, celebrate successes and reach new heights personally and professionally.
My education at Stanford University and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management combined with my professional and personal journey, provided the skills, passion and purpose I needed to start three companies: Beacon Street Girls, BrightIdeas and reacHIRE -- all focused on empowering women.
