My strengths are built on my experiences as an innovator, founder and C-level manager. I perform best when creative solutions are needed to achieve "impossible to solve goals". Start-up new ideas or manage complex strategy change in an established company are situations I enjoy most and perform best.
I do know that well working and monitored processes are essential to keep the company operating and growing.
I know my strengths, and I hire a team to cover my weaker corners. As a manager, I'm passionate about coaching and leading people to achieve more than they feel possible.
