I am an award-winning, passionate executive level leader with a background in technology solutions architecture. Throughout the course of my career, I have developed a skill set that has allowed me to lead the (digital) transformation of tier 1 brands. As both executive, technical and programme lead through discovery and design, to implementation and deployment, with a particular focus on innovative, engaging, personal and shoppable digital experiences.
This has been achieved through roles in agencies, consultancies, tech start-ups and in-house with market leading brands. My experiences have enabled me to increase profitability, exposure and awareness of these brands, by engaging consumers and driving both organic and paid channel growth in increasingly competitive environments.
I pride myself on my proven ability to successfully manage both technical and non-technical teams, providing high quality industry leading projects, delivered both on budget and to a deadline to fulfil on the businesses long term strategies.
I have always held a passion for business transformation and ensure that my knowledge and skills are current in such a fast-paced industry. This allows me to support my own professional development and deliver best practice solutions, as part of a continuous development strategy while keeping the needs of the customer at the heart of everything I do. Most recently, I have achieved IBM - Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner and IBM - Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator.
