I run Global Sales Operations across LinkedIn's SaaS businesses: Talent Solutions and Sales Solutions, representing ~60% of total B2B revenue. I am also responsible for Member & Customer Success teams, as well as Marketing Planning & Performance.

I am a Latino executive (born and raised in Brazil) and have been with LinkedIn since 2014. Started in Brazil helping the LATAM region scale, spent 2 years in Ireland covering the EMEA region until I landed in San Francisco in my current role.

My role as Sales Operations leader is to be the COO of the global business, i.e., to be the backbone of the sales organization, the conduit between sales and other functions. I describe it as a very exciting and critical function that combines strategy, analytics and execution.

To work in Sales Operations is to be inside the engine room, in the middle of the action and surrounded by extraordinarily smart and driven professionals. I love so much what I do that it does not feel like work.
