Building on my successful 25 years + career in B2B/Technology Sales and Enablement leader roles at UK, EMEA and global level I currently work with RingCentral's external strategic partners sales teams to enable & train them to deliver key UCaaS / CCaaS (Cloud based communication) strategies to the market place, in the international territories outside of the US. Alongside this I have the exciting opportunity to develop and roll-out global internal sales/revenue skills training and Leader led coaching programs to ensure our internal sellers have quantifiable markers of competence, confidence and professional skills to ensure our customer can trust in our solutions and the outcomes they can achieve through them.
