Compensation in 2023 is broken. Folks are still planning merit cycles in spreadsheets. Recruiters can't seem to figure out why candidates don't understand the upside of their equity. Compensation data providers are still forcing you to fill out surveys, only to give you cash & equity data that's 12 months old.
