At Honey, a PayPal company, Alex was a key co-creator of the global business marketing strategy that fueled Honey's brand awareness, lead generation, industry presence, sales enablement and thought leadership. He also led and managed a team of content creators (copywriting and design), and event marketing managers. Additionally, Alex collaborated with cross-functional teams (Sales, PR, Product, Legal, Analytics, and executives), and cultivated ongoing relationships with best-in-class industry partners like Ad Age, SmartBrief, and AdWeek.

Prior to Meta, Alex built branded content campaigns and custom sponsorships for advertiser partners across AOL’s digital properties resulting in substantial incremental revenue and site traffic growth. He worked with cross-functional teams across AOL’s brand portfolio, including HuffPost and TechCrunch, and collaborated with global brand leaders like General Mills, Unilever and Coca-Cola. Alex's team at AOL helped a brand execute an IAB-award winning, first-ever native ad campaign that increased customer engagement by 22% within one ad campaign cycle.

Alex began his career on the agency side, first supporting, then leading strategy and execution of multi-million-dollar campaigns that bolstered association revenue and increased convention attendance by ~27% YoY. He led multiple corporate branding campaigns working alongside the agency's creative director and CEO. Alex was an early adopter of social media as a customer-engagement tool, developing a training curriculum and leading workshops for C-level comms executives at global trade organizations.
