I believe product design is a team sport. I believe designers are here to encourage creative confidence in non-creative competencies to facilitate moments where the most viable ideas emerge. I believe in testing assumptions. I do not believe in the dogmatic application of waterfall or Agile. I believe in coaching junior and mid-level designers where many organizations pass the buck by hiring only seniors. I will do everything in my power to support the growth of my team in exchange for hard work and candor. I like to crack jokes and I like to get things done. I bring my entire self to work and will always hold space for my teammates to do the same.
