I help entrepreneurs and small teams organize their digital space in a way that makes sense and is maintainable over time.
When helping people organize their files online, I work with:
+ Writers, bloggers and content producers.
+ Photographers and videographers.
+ Virtual assistants and office managers.
+ Social media managers.
+ Website and funnel designers
+ Entrepreneurs who work with clients and need help keeping files organized.
I prefer to work with people who are motivated to make a difference in their own lives, and follow through on their commitments to themselves.
WHAT MAKES WORKING WITH ME DIFFERENT:
My philosophy is there is no one right way to organize. The only right way is the one that works for you and your way of thinking. I have multiple tools. My job is to help you find the combination that works for you.
My system looks simple on first look: inventory, analyze, plan, move, maintain. But it’s so much more than that. Every person’s needs are different. Some people will need a detailed list of all assets, and some people need a high-level table of contents. And when working as a team, there are multiple ways to reach consensus on a way of organizing that works for everyone.
I’m a teacher, and gain the greatest satisfaction when I help others learn how to do things. My goals are to not only help you organize your digital files, but learn how to create your own system that’s predictable enough to help you find what you need when you need it but flexible enough to change over time as you change.
Instead of trying to follow a rigid set of someone else’s rules (or no rules at all) my work helps you find the organizational system that flows naturally for you, which makes it easier to maintain.
The core mission behind my work is to help people who create large volumes of content simplify their systems so they can scale without tons of extra work.
