I'm not content to sit in the corner quietly, especially when I know I'm on the right track. I'm an empathetic leader with a coaching mindset who isn't afraid to get into the ring. When I have questions, I don't stop until I find the answers I need. I love a good challenge and the satisfaction of solving problems that I or my team members face.
