I have built out the Product Operations function at GoCardless from the ground up, developing and maturing the function strategy and setting up 2 fantastic teams to deliver against our goals. These teams are Technical Programme Managers and Product Operations Analysts.

I enable the effective development and delivery of product plans. Product Operations implements appropriate delivery frameworks, clears the path for execution, and ensures meaningful and timely communications in collaboration with our stakeholders.
