Altug is a seasoned banker with more than 25 years multinational organizational experience. He is currently in charge of DenizBank's outbound and remote portfolio management channels including telemarketing, investment transaction services and debt collection activities.

Prior to DenizBank, Altug worked at Citi for 15 years and has built and led sales teams around Turkey. He has developed a proven track record for transforming complex IT and business environments to accelerate business results. His two decades of experience include specialized knowledge in various channels, especially in sales management, customer retention, and debt collection.

As a results-oriented perfectionist, Altug has an outstanding vision concerning channel management. He has great collaboration skills and adds value to the broader team often assuming team leadership. He is highly motivated to further improve his capabilities on a continuous basis.

Altuğ is active in the banking industry and contributes by mentoring people both inside and outside his company.
