I am an experienced and 7x certified Salesforce professional with experience in both Sales and Revenue Operations, having worked in SaaS since 2015 in a variety of roles. I have a strong background in Quote to Cash (or Opportunity to Order) processes and currently I am the Head of RevOps Systems at Aareon Group, managing the tools our sales people use, the most prominent being Salesforce & Salesforce CPQ.
In my spare time, I write Salesforce content on a freelance basis, focusing mainly on CPQ for SalesforceBen.com but also ghost writing for other ISV/SI partners who require Salesforce based content.
I also volunteer with Supermums, an organsiation devoted to helping parents upskill on the Salesforce platform to re-join the workforce in flexible, well-paid jobs and I also mentor through the official Trailhead Mentor Programme.
