As a VP of Customer Experience, I am obsessed with scaling human-centered design and customer experience best practices to help organizations innovate. My previous work includes projects with Booz Allen Hamilton, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, the Transportation Security Administration, and the National Science Foundation.

Career Highlights:
- Started up and fostered company-wide HCD/CX/EX practices at Booz Allen, Cognosante, and NuAxis.
- Conducted human-centered design research on sexual assault which was presented to Congress.
- Led a large-scale qualitative and quantitative needs analysis to determine learning needs across each branch of the military.
- Managed a $1.2 million annual budget, staffing, and workload for a team of 12 learning, human capital, and communications consultants for a program management office.
- Spoke on learning/design thinking as a presenter at the Association for Talent Development (ATD) annual conferences.
- Panelist at LinkedIn's Learning Summit and a keynote speaker at IPQC's Service Design Week conference.
