COMMERCIAL AND TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT DESKS IN MILTON KEYNES
I’m a hardworking mum of three who owns a recruitment company. We specialise in commercial and technical recruitment and I look after a very busy GIS and Geospatial desk - I literally love my job and the people I help to find jobs.
In the last seven years we have grown from a ‘two man band’ to a thriving team of 10 in Central Milton Keynes who employ permanent and temporary staff for some of the biggest companies across the UK.
Running a business and a family of 3 children has proved to be an absolute roller coaster - Work/Life/Family balance is something I am really passionate about and you'll often find my posts relate to the trials and tribulations of trying to pin everything down, day in day out. I'm a a forgetful, always doing 8 things at once a million miles an hour type of girl, who much prefers to laugh rather than cry!
Now moving into our seventh year at Halo Towers, I wouldn't change a second of it - I’ve put a lot of our success so far down to hard work, lots of determination, a little bit of luck and lots of (out of hours) Sauvignon Blanc.
Now for the science...
I’d describe myself as a bit of a perfectionist. My meticulous nature means if I promise you something I’ll go above and beyond to make sure I deliver it, on time and with a level of customer service you’d only receive from an independent company with a great reputation to uphold. When you speak with me you will understand that I pride Halo Resourcing on understanding business needs and building strong rapport with clients whilst providing a consultative and completely honest service.
I'm also my candidates friend. I'll go above and beyond to help them, referring them to other agencies if I can't help - After all, I am in this job to help other people into jobs!
