Most days are spent working with clients on their talent development strategy, coaching teams to reach their goals, facilitating sessions designed for our clients needs, or strategizing how to continue to grow the impact our organization makes in our community. I train on a variety of topics and in a variety of industries and have kept a quality score above the global average. Much of my joy comes from working with leaders in highly specialized technical positions, helping them navigate coaching and leading a team.
