As founder and president of Vision2Voice, an internal communications agency, me and my dedicated team transform how organizations communicate with a strategic approach that achieves results.
We have played a leading role in initiatives and transformation projects for Fortune 500 high technology companies, large government departments, and organizations as diverse as, construction, finance, and higher education. I build long-term relationships with Vision2Voice clients who trust my deep insight and practical advice. I love sharing my ideas and insights in my blog, which has over 60 articles and my three e-books, including the critically acclaimed, Job Love.
I am a storyteller, a PROSCI certified change expert, and Dare to Lead trained based on the work and research of Brené Brown. I am also a certified Fearless Organization Practitioner and use the tools and processes developed by Amy C. Edmondson, the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School to build psychological safety in teams. I've been named a top 10 influencer in internal communications and am a frequent guest blogger and speaker at industry events.
