Over the past decade I've focussed on building and leading companies, building startups inside big organisations and scaling up a global business across the APAC region and into China and India. This has given me hard-won and diverse experience about what works, and what doesn't.

I genuinely love the challenge of forming and finding a vision. I'm motivated by growing people as well as the bottom line, as ultimately good people are any businesses' most valuable asset. For me success looks like a tight-knit and supportive team which has fun and is motivated to exceed expectations for customers and the bottom-line.

I'm at my best when I'm learning and being pushed to expand my horizons. Over my career I've worked in the digital agency, media, sports, finance and adtech industries, carrying my experience from each of these into tackling the next challenge.
