No matter where you went to school or work, chances are you weren't taught how to invest your 401(k), manage savings, or plan for retirement. Making matters worse, the financial industry loves to create complex products that are difficult to understand.

My first job out of college was at Thomson Financial Services as an earnings analyst. Then I worked the overnight shift for two years at a semiconductor trading company making deals with companies in Asia.

Guess what? Work was great, but the 401(k) meetings were never helpful and there weren’t any money lessons.

For over 20 years, I’ve been working at Runnymede Capital Management, founded by my dad. My brother, Chris, joined us from College Retirement Equities Fund where he was an analyst and assistant portfolio manager.

I learned how to invest, the power of compound growth, and importance of asset protection. Money doesn't have to be confusing or overwhelming. Sometimes, you need a guide. Our team has the knowledge and experience to help clients navigate retirement planning and manage money to reach financial goals.

I'm not the only one who thinks my dad is cool. In fact, Barron’s once wrote, “Samson Wang is one of Barron's favorite portfolio managers… Sam is his own man in the market, unswayed by popular delusions and the madness of crowds.”

INVESTOPEDIA named us on its 100 List of Top Influential Financial Advisors. Our company was nominated Emerging Manager of the Year by the editors of Financial Investment News, honored at the NJ Family Business of the Year Awards, and we've won 6 awards from Captive Review magazine.

In the interest of helping more people, I launched the Inspired Money podcast to improve listeners’ mindsets about money.

If you want to do better with your money so you can make a greater impact, we can help.

We also advise business owners and their employees on their 401(k) retirement plans.

If you have a question, need advice, or want a second opinion, we're happy to point you in the right direction.
