I currently lead the newly created Microsoft US Customer Success organization focused on Software and Digital Platform. I lead ISV strategy, partnering with some of Microsoft’s most strategic and innovative customers/partners to evolve their businesses. I am proud to lead a highly diverse team of 350+ CSAs, CSMs and Customer Success Account professionals across the US.
Prior to this role, I led our West region Strategic Sales organization, and before that I led Worldwide strategy and operations for Microsoft’s Customer Success organization as we created this transformational team. I have previously led the US ISV partner team focused on building with and selling with some of the largest ISVs in the world. I've been a pioneer in the cloud industry, and had the privilege of leading the Enterprise Azure business worldwide and championed the deep investment in the Cloud Solution Architects and other strategies still at the heart of the growth of Azure today. I also led sales for >$10bn of Microsoft's Enterprise server businesses including Windows Server, Systems Center, SQL Server. Throughout my career I have become strong at fitting square pegs into round holes - new businesses, business models, transformation and acquisitions. Helping customers do this, my team do this and Microsoft do this is what excites me everyday.
From 2010-2016 I held several leadership roles in EMEA, Worldwide and the Americas for Microsoft’s incubation sales organization. The mission of incubation sales was to grow the next $1bn businesses for Microsoft and was responsible for incubating several cloud businesses including Office 365, Intune and Azure as well as integrating nine acquisitions across multiple technologies.
I graduated from the University of Keele in the UK with a double first Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Management Science. I also have a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. I was born in London UK and I currently live in Redmond, WA with my husband and my cat. I am both a US & UK citizen.
