Angelina Eng is a seasoned executive with nearly 30 years of experience in digital media, marketing, and business operations, and ad operations. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of the Measurement, Addressability & Data Center at the IAB, driving essential guidance and education in the evolving digital advertising ecosystem.

Previously, Angelina has held senior positions at Morgan Stanley, Merkle, dentsu and Publicis; whilst helping hundreds of brands define, build, and manage digital media and marketing efforts for 150+ marketers in her career. In addition, Angelina helped to define and establish some of the industry standards that we see today in the current digital media ecosystem (such as ad verification/brand safety, ad fraud, viewability and programmatic, social, etc).

Her previous experience and current wide perspective on the evolving changes to identity, addressability, and measurement fuels her passion to build industry standards and practices for the advertising-media ecosystem.

Her current focus at IAB centers around providing essential industry standards, guidance, and education on various data and technology approaches amid changes in underlying technology and privacy regulations in a constantly evolving ecosystem.

Angelina can often be found at major industry conferences networking, and sometimes be seen on stage as a speaker or a panel member at events for the IAB, AdMonsters, Digiday, AdExchanger, etc. and awarded the AdMonsters 2018 Power List, IAB Data Rockstar 2016 and AdMonsters Digital Media Leadership Award 2016.
