I spent 15 years as a product manager for a B2B loan risk management solution. Before that, I worked in loan ops at a community bank.

But I am a writer at heart, so I pivoted into content marketing, journalism, and workflow consulting. I still love product and productivity, so I focus on writing where I can draw on my past experience and subject-matter expertise.
