Innovative copywriter, magazine editor, award-winning essayist.
I love working with words. From working on the features team at the New York Post to ghostwriting bestselling young adult novels for Alloy Entertainment to working as a senior editor at Cosmopolitan to turning around quick copy as a freelancer on the catalog team at Victoria's Secret, I can be counted on to reliably create innovative, compelling content across platforms.
I've written essays and features for The New York Times, New York, Glamour, Men's Health, Women's Health Elle UK, Fitness, Self, and others. Concentrations include relationships, health, personal essays. I ghostwrote ten bestselling young adult novels for Alloy Entertainment and three young adult novels under my own name for Simon & Schuster and Scholastic, focusing on topics ranging from filthy rich Upper East Side teenagers to centuries-old mermen. I've consulted on copy and strategy for a variety of fintech, lifestyle, fitness, and fashion brands and freelanced in-house as a copywriter for Victoria's Secret. Currently seeking long and short term freelance assignments, and will consider full-time positions if they seem the right fit—would love to discuses editorial needs for magazines, digital properties, start-ups, or established brands on either a contract or f/t basis.
I also won one of the inaugural Amtrak writing fellowships in 2014 and am still trying to figure out a time in my schedule to get on a train and write a book!
