I am a Head of Education and Strategic Advisor at Growth Molecules, LLC, a customer success consulting and training company that works with clients across various industries and sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. I have over 15 years of experience in customer success, customer support, implementation, sales, and professional services for B2B SaaS companies, and I hold a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of San Diego.
In my current role, I leverage my skills and expertise in customer success education and leadership, customer journey mapping and segmentation, CRM customization and optimization, and learning management system design and delivery. I craft and cultivate customer success curriculum, coach and mentor global customer success teams, and facilitate workshops to help clients align their customer success strategy with their business goals and outcomes. I also hold a certification in Adobe Captivate Prime, a leading learning management system, and I am proficient in Gainsight and ChurnZero, two of the most popular customer success platforms. Additionally, I am a volunteer mentor for the Gainsight Essentials Accelerator program, where I support and guide businesses in building and developing their customer success programs. My mission is to empower and enable customer success teams and leaders with data-driven strategies and solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
