What I do is simple: I help organizational leaders overcome imposter syndrome so that they can communicate and lead better. My signature talks, The Currency of Confidence and The L.O.V.E. Method of communication, aid in this mission. Without good communication, employees leave.

Want to know what leaders are often afraid to do that can help them lead? Exhibit vulnerability. Want to know why vulnerability is hard to exhibit? It takes courage and confidence. Those concepts aren't often linked but they should be - vulnerability, courage, and confidence are all needed to lead people, especially right now. And, contrary to popular belief - imposter syndrome does not just impact one group of people, but studies show that more than 80% of all people report having at least some imposter feelings at some point in time. Our programs help your entire organization - not just one group.

In addition, I aim to diversify vendor lists across America by teaching diverse speakers, consultants, and experts how to land corporate speaking and consulting contracts. The courses, podcast episodes, events, and books produced under the name, Speak Your Way To Cash, do just that.
