I love that lightbulb moment when a retailer understands what is driving sales for them through their customer data. Too often they are unable to do this effectively through the ever-growing number of datasets and a lack of technical resource.
I am growing Southeast Asia for Lexer and the part I enjoy most is talking to retailers to understand their challenges and try and figure out solutions for them, even if that's not our product.
