In November of 2019 my husband took me on a "crazy," whirlwind trip to France for my 40th birthday.
5 days later he did not wake up.
I've spent the past two years adjusting to a new normal as a solo parent of two kids under 5 and running a successful business as now the solo breadwinner of my family. Living without my best friend and the love of my life by my side has been a devastating new normal that I am navigating daily.
What I've learned from this is that none of us has the luxury of waiting. We never know what's going to happen tomorrow — good or bad — and so we must choose to connect with those we love, do the "crazy" thing, and Take the Damn Trip.

Formerly the Brand Director for Boom! by Cindy Joseph, I was responsible for the coordination of all product launches and promotions, executing an extensive editorial calendar, and partnering with the Creative Director and CEO to develop dynamic and engaging campaigns to showcase the brand in a cohesive fashion. As the world's first pro-age cosmetic line, Boom! by Cindy Joseph has a revolutionary message, celebrating women of all ages.
Previously I was the Senior Project Manager for I Will Teach You to Be Rich. I have produced online courses and events that drew over 100,000 attendees, featuring New York Times Bestselling authors, internationally celebrated speakers and world renowned coaches.
I'm a Certified Advanced Transformative coach and have trained with some of the top coaches and trainers in the world, including Richard Bandler, Pransky & Associates and Paul McKenna. I also completed an exclusive apprenticeship with world-renowned coach, Michael Neill.
