I work in communications & advertising, having experience in both client and agency environments, local and global. Since I landed in the Netherlands in 2015 I worked in data driven environments like Philips and Booking.com, having social media marketing, analytics and market research at the core of my skills and decision making. I use data from different sources to optimise the social strategy and the content calendars, within a Paid-Owned-Earned framework.
Personally, I am a collaborator. I believe in the power of a transparent workplace and in listening to each-other. I know how to manage cross disciplinary social media managers, creatives, designers, strategists, media planners and last but not least, analysts. I am skilled in setting clear objectives, achievable KPIs and managing and rolling out complex projects, while negotiating and influencing important stakeholders.
