Strategy is useless without action. I’ve found success in most new ventures, especially startups, is found by setting a clear and compelling strategic direction but focusing primarily on execution.

Technology innovation is an imperative, but it is just a tool. I’m an expert in applying technology to create a business result.
Servant leadership inspires me. Leadership should not start with authority or personal ambition. I believe it must begin with caring of and service to the team being led. I’m inspired by leaders like Dr. Martin Luther King who created amazing impact with limited position power. I’m grateful to so many mentors and leaders who helped shape my career.
