A little about me personally...
I've served in high impact, trusted advisor roles in both large and small organizations across multiple industries, including companies like Infusionsoft where I helped grow the business from $7M in annual revenue to a $100M+.

Every business problem involves human and/or organization elements, and I've had the privilege of teaching and working with hundreds of business owners to improve their results through leadership and organization development practices.

As the former leader of the "Built to Last" efforts and Vice President at Infusionsoft, I am completely dedicated to helping small businesses succeed. I worked directly with the CEO, Clate Mask, and other senior leaders for over a decade to strengthen and preserve the Infusionsoft culture while achieving company growth goals. During that time I co-founded the Elite Entrepreneurs business, which we ran inside of Infusionsoft for six years. In February of 2018 we spun the Elite business out of Infusionsoft, and I am thrilled to continue to work with $1M+ business owners to grow their businesses.
