I'm a product management leader with a background in UX design that has helped create products for startups, global media companies, elite management consulting firms, industry giants, and just about everything in between.
I'm a proponent and practitioner of Lean and Agile methodologies, however, I don't consider either as gospel. My approach to creating new products is pretty straightforward: keep the customer or user at the center of everything, strive to simplify complexity with decisions backed by data, and establish a culture of trust among a team that understands and is energized by the product vision.
My strengths encompass helping key stakeholders and cross-functional teams align on a product vision, helping teammates communicate with one another and embrace continuous improvement, designing experiences that make people happier and more productive, and respectfully maneuvering through project and political challenges.
