I graduated from the UTS, Sydney although studied my second degree in Argentina. I was going to be a marketer - studying and working in advertising. I then launched my own business called Chargebar and found passion in innovation, smart sales/marketing alignment and automating productivity. I was one of the lucky ones whose startup didn’t fail. In a team, we should all celebrate wins and enjoy work.
From Chargebar, I followed my passion for training and development (after acquiring 85% of the university market). After an investment of $140M in growth funding, the next move was joining Careers Australia to create and execute their customer acquisition strategy. I learned an interesting lesson about how private equity firms run companies. I was then recruited by one of Asia Pacific’s top Sales Trainers, Dean Mannix, and joined the tech startup SalesITV in scaling a corporate sales training business across APAC which has supported over 10,000 salespeople. My internal expertise/passion spread across sales tech productivity tools, marketing automation and Salesforce.
At Amazon, I worked in sales effectiveness to support its 30-55% y.o.y Cloud growth in the Americas and Global Accounts. There were 7 of us globally in enablement when I started and when I left 400+. I learned a ton about all disciplines of enablement while there (onboarding, coaching, gtm enablement, sales methodologies, sales events, sales leadership development etc,) and how these scaled over the years to match its growth.
The focus for my career is to help salespeople be more successful in today’s ever-changing business environment.
My vision is an automated world for salespeople and sales managers on deal coaching via CRM.
My passion is sales tech tools in B2B and proving ROI on learning initiatives to sales leaders.
