As a lifelong gamer, my greatest passion was to work within the gaming industry — and while that wasn't going to happen as a developer or professional player, I decided that both marketing and writing could help me forge my path.

Following the completion of my Bachelor of Commerce in Management Studies at the University of Cape Town, I pursued copywriting on both a freelance and full-time basis. Thereafter, I gradually worked my way into the marketing space in the gaming/tech industry.

I've also worked as a gaming writer for Red Bull, IGN, and the Nexus Hub, with content ranging from gaming opinion pieces to game and tech reviews. Additionally, I streamed gameplay regularly on Twitch.

I'm always open to taking on new ventures — this has led me to me performing roles such as on-air talent for esports events, and even voice-over work on the side.
