Cara Parrish

Cara Parrish has helped grow over 40 companies in a wide variety of industries, including as an early stage investor. She founded 5 companies including The Hedy Society, Better Society Summit, Podcara, The West Virginia Hiring Group, and MentHer. She’s a philanthropist and an International Marketing Consultant with work in India, England, Estonia, South Africa, Canada, and the US.

Her rise to success began in entertainment marketing with MTV, VH1, and Fuse. She was a featured voice in MTV Acts because of her advocacy for LGBTQ youth in rural areas. She’s a featured speaker for The Girls Equity Movement, mentoring high school aged young women to develop interest in marketing and branding careers. Cara went on to work with General Mills, Harley-Davidson, Google and Dove in event marketing and influencer marketing to launch new products and expand their markets.

Bringing this experience to her own agency resulted in a rapid growth to a 7-figure agency exclusively serving personal brands all while being referral-only. Her agency serves clients grossing over thirty-five million dollars annually. The agency has also gone on to support twelve little libraries across literacy deserts in America.
